Live English came into being in 2012, on the belief that through digital education—ambitious professionals have the power to transform their lives, their careers, their organizations, and ultimately, our world for the better.
It has become abundantly clear that globalization has led to profound changes in all aspects of our lives. Due, in part, to the convergence of this significant phenomenon and the never-ending parade of rapid technological progress—we asked a few questions to reimagine education for the digital age: How can we help people demonstrate mastery that enhances their capabilities to compete in the global arena? How can we redefine work for the demands of a more digital future and rewrite the rules to how we collaborate, interact and organize? How can we abandon old and rigid organizational structures and relinquish industrial-era management models to better lead our people? Every idea starts with problems. In a nutshell, the costs of ‘language schools’ are unreasonably high for today’s digitally-enabled, always-on, value-driven consumers. From past experiences, we’re convinced the one-to-one learning model works.
